Very poor experience - I came to print a single photo from a soft copy. The manager printed it in A4 despite me instructing him to print in A5 and then tried to charge me for his mistake. When I declined to pay he became very confrontational and insisted I had asked for it in A4. He then overcharged me for the correct A5 print because it was a print of several smaller photos I had prepared earlier on my computer at home, insisting that the price listed on the wall for an A5 print did not apply because this print contained multiple smaller photos. Absolute rubbish and very amateurish all around. I will never go back there and would strongly advise anyone else against it.
