Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Service Desk Analyst/ IT Helpdesk Agent

Requirements
▪ Candidate shall hold a Diploma/Degree in an IT-related field
▪5+ years of experience providing first-level IT support remotely over the phone and remote tools in a service desk environment
▪ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and the Office suite
▪ Mandatory L1 support expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and 0365 administration to support end-user-related incidents
▪ Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and Fundamental IT security principles
▪ Looking for candidates who are locally available in Qatar
