Value Creation Leader - Financial Services - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Identify opportunities for value addition in the portfolio companies across a spectrum of issues from strategy to performance improvement to organisation. Be the catalyst for getting the opportunities for value creation implemented by working closely with key stakeholders as well as portfolio companies

• Support investment decision-making/upstream diligence through views on industry/sector as well as specific target companies
• Identify and frame important opportunities/needs for portfolio companies and then aggressively targeting performance improvements, meeting quality standards, time lines, professional expectations, and financial targets

Value Creation Leader - Saudi Arabia

• Bachelor and Master degree are a requirement
• Exposure and understanding of the MENA business ecosystem is preferred
• Strong analytical ability to conceptualise problems and absorb and process large amount of data
• Experience in a range of sectors, preference is for sector agnostic consultants.

Minimum of 12 years of total experience across:

• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, ideally across a range of functional issues as well as industries, and leading large transformation programs
• Experience in a senior operating role in industry. While industry experience is an important part of the ideal profile, it may be waived for senior consulting candidates with exceptional backgrounds and highly relevant experience
