Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support its senior management team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and supporting the leadership in achieving their objectives.


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Organise and prioritise incoming information and requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverable are achieved
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials
  • Manage and maintain executive files and records, both electronic and physical
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
