• Drive digital transformation initiatives, implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee all aspects of Tech infrastructure, including cyber security, enterprise solutions, communication systems, and network management.
• Build, lead, and manage a diverse and talented Tech team, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
• Partner with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop technologically driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security standards.
• Lead the development and implementation of IT budgets.

• Possess over 12 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of success in a senior IT leadership role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of cyber security, enterprise solutions, infrastructure, communications & network management.
• Experience in leading and motivating high-performing IT teams.
