The Key responsibilities of the role will include:
End to end management of the full HR cycle
Leading and executing business strategy
Being an integral part of the Senior leadership team and working with them on strategy
Implementing policy's and procedure's
Managing recruitment for the wider business and growing the HR function
Being a strong managerial figure for the wider team
Managing and improving the HR System
General HR Operations
The Successful candidate will have/be:
A minimum of 5-10 years in a HR Manager or HR Leadership position
Experience managing people
Self sufficient, pro active and extremely hard working
Very strong strategically and being able to execute as well as lead
A Saudi National
