Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:- Oversee day-to-day operations across all divisions, including HR, IT, Development & Construction, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Procurement
- Ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Project Delivery:- Drive project delivery for all residential developments from planning through to completion.
- Oversee project management teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, master developers, and local authorities
Process Improvement:- Analyze and enhance existing business processes and workflows
- Lead the implementation of ERP systems (Salesforce), ensuring integration and alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain an organizational chart that supports effective project delivery and operational management
Recruitment and Team Development:- Assist with recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team capable of meeting the company's growth objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and accountability
Financial Oversight:- Work closely with the CFO to align operational activities with financial goals and targets.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure financial health
Quality Assurance:- Ensure all projects meet the company's quality guidelines and standards.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes, conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards
Stakeholder Management:- Engage with shareholders and board members, providing regular updates on operational performance and project progress
- Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise
- Experience: Extensive experience in real estate development, ideally with a mix of large and boutique developers
- Background: Strong background in development or project delivery, with comprehensive knowledge of the full project life cycle
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead multiple departments related to project delivery and business operations
- Location Expertise: Extensive experience in the UAE, with a strong preference for Dubai experience.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills; Arabic speaking is beneficial but not essential
- Attributes: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving operational efficiency and project delivery
