The client is a well-established boutique real estate developer, operating for 10+ years, known for delivering high-quality residential projects in the UAE. With a strong financial foundation and a strategic approach to land acquisition and project development, the company focuses on timely project delivery and exceptional customer relations, driven by a dedicated team and a robust sales network. The company has a proven track record in delivering projects and has a strong pipeline of new developments.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Operational Leadership:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations across all divisions, including HR, IT, Development & Construction, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Procurement
    • Ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments to achieve organizational goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency


  • Project Delivery:
    • Drive project delivery for all residential developments from planning through to completion.
    • Oversee project management teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, master developers, and local authorities


  • Process Improvement:
    • Analyze and enhance existing business processes and workflows
    • Lead the implementation of ERP systems (Salesforce), ensuring integration and alignment with business objectives
    • Develop and maintain an organizational chart that supports effective project delivery and operational management


  • Recruitment and Team Development:
    • Assist with recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team capable of meeting the company's growth objectives
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and accountability


  • Financial Oversight:
    • Work closely with the CFO to align operational activities with financial goals and targets.
    • Monitor project budgets and financial performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure financial health


  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all projects meet the company's quality guidelines and standards.
    • Implement and oversee quality control processes, conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards


  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with shareholders and board members, providing regular updates on operational performance and project progress
    • Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise

  • Experience: Extensive experience in real estate development, ideally with a mix of large and boutique developers
  • Background: Strong background in development or project delivery, with comprehensive knowledge of the full project life cycle
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead multiple departments related to project delivery and business operations
  • Location Expertise: Extensive experience in the UAE, with a strong preference for Dubai experience.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills; Arabic speaking is beneficial but not essential
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving operational efficiency and project delivery
