- Profit & Loss Management: Oversee the financial performance of the organization, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of care.
- Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Non-Clinical Operations: Manage non-clinical functions, including administration, facilities, and support services, to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's long-term strategy, particularly in areas of expansion and service enhancement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and international standards, particularly in health and safety.
