• Architect and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with Abu Dhabi's vision
• Oversee the execution of digital projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and optimal outcomes
• Monitor and optimise digital performance through robust KPIs and data-driven insights
• Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve digital excellence
• Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

• 15+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation within the GCC region
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale digital programs and initiatives in large, complex environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field preferred
• PMP certification and deep understanding of digital governance, enterprise architecture, and data management
• Experience in the public sector and government relations is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making
