Job offer: People Partner - KSA

The client is a global Retail business based in Riyadh Offices, this role will report directly to the KSA People Manager and manage a Regional scope.

The Key responsibilities will have/be:

• Deliver superior stakeholders experience by being a trusted business partner
• Support the HRD to build a customer driven organisation aligned with business strategies
• All aspects of talent management-design and bring to life strategies and ensure the attraction of talent in the region.
• Oversee the on boarding process from A-Z
• Managing Performance management- reviewing and developing processes, reviews and KPIS
• Develop and maintain a strong brand and culture for all employees in everything that they do
• Manage the entire recruitment process from interview to on boarding
• Support in the roll out of the employee engagement survey
• Drive the engagement strategy

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Saudi national required
• Ideally has experience in a retail requirement
• Strong HR generalist profile
• A minimum of 3 years experience
• Strong exposure to Saudi labour laws
