  • Conduct in-depth financial and operational analyses of potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment proposals for presentation to the Investment Committee.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Participate in due diligence processes, including the review of financial statements, market research, and risk assessment.
  • Assist in the negotiation of transaction terms and the preparation of legal documentation.
  • Support the closing of transactions by coordinating with external advisors, legal teams, and other stakeholders. Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of value creation plans for portfolio companies.
  • Participate in regular meetings with portfolio company management teams to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with analysts and associates to provide guidance and support in their development.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Conduct macroeconomic and sector-specific research to inform investment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and investment analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages, particularly Arabic, would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work across different levels and cultures.
  • Highly motivated, responsible, and capable of taking initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, or willing and able to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
