  • Lead the development and execution of procurement project plans, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of procurement initiatives, track project progress, and mitigate risks. Ensure that all projects meet budget, milestones, and quality requirements while adhering to internal controls and regulations.
  • Evaluate current procurement processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement transformative strategies for process automation, accuracy enhancement, and overall efficiency improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track procurement performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on procurement analytics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and provide support for ad-hoc requests from top management, ensuring that strategic procurement initiatives contribute to broader organizational goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Must have 6 - 10 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry with expertise in the procurement stream.
  • Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM or relevant are preferred.
  • Expertise in procurement processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including data interpretation, insight generation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and align them with business objectives.
