Job offer: Showroom Sales and Training Manager

Our client is a global manufacturer of Dental equipment's, implants and consumables. They are growing their team and are looking to hire an experienced Showroom Sakes and Training Manager in Dubai.

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date training materials on dental equipment and other products.
• Lead by example in driving sales, working closely with the team to achieve regional and global sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine and enhance the sales approach.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve the skills and performance of individual team members.
• Support the sales team in client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations when necessary.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bachelor's degree Dentistry
• 5+ years of experience in sales and training within the dental industry,
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of dental products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Ability to travel as needed to support sales initiatives and training programs.
