Job offer: Strategic Development & Partnerships Director

Our client is a Saudi Arabian based, multibillion-dollar large-scale project delivering a diverse portfolio of brownfield, mixed use master plans in the city of Riyadh.

• Manage the development and implementation of the department/project strategy ensuring alignment to the project's vision, mission, and corporate objectives.
• Proactively monitor and measure the implementation of the department/project strategy and related strategic plan ensuring that variances are addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensure the provision of subject matter expertise for the assigned domain and provide counsel to the project's leadership on all related areas to facilitate the achievement of the strategic plan and overall organisational strategy.
• Oversee the development of business cases, feasibility studies and financial models for all assigned real estate project opportunities to ensure the process across the various stages of the project life cycle meets set standards.
• Direct and review the technical feasibility studies including the economic impact and the estimated required capital and operating costs for each development concept, in coordination with the relevant parties to ensure profitability for the project and relevant parties.

• Minimum of 20 years in real estate development, particularly in international mega projects, with a broad range of experience in feasibility, due diligence design and development management, investment, real estate market analysis and real estate product positioning.
• Solid track record of driving development from initial feasibility studies through to delivery and operations of large-scale mixed-use developments
• Experience in managing and dealing with prominent third party advisors, program and project management companies, consultants, architects, operators, subcontractors, etc.
• Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Business, Architecture, Engineering or Construction
• Fluency in Arabic and English
