• Develop and implement organisational strategy, objectives, policies, and operational plans for a variety of departments.
• Review entity structures, manage organisational design engagements, and provide support for strategic design changes.
• Develop and manage the unit's workforce, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certifications in organisational design, change management, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in organisational design within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong expertise in organisational design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
