Mega project focused on creating a state of the art luxury hospitality projects. The region is distinguished by its unique mountains, culture and rich heritage, surrounded by historic buildings, castles and forts that are more than 500 years old. The company is looking at developing a luxurious destination around the mountains, all whilst providing immersive cultural experiences and celebrations of the place's natural habitat and various natural assets.
Oversee assets delivery activities end-to-end for all temporary facilities (such as but not limited to: Labour Camps, Site Offices, and all support services such as Waste, Water, Electric, Sanitation and Wellness facilities) to deliver against all predefined key milestones in line with technical specifications, projects' schedules, and QHSSE standards.
Plan, organize, manage, and control assets delivery phases of the projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed and meets agreed project parameters, standards, and objectives.
Monitor the progress of assets construction and monitor performance against budgeted costs, quality, timelines, and standards of contractors and consultants to ensure all efforts are aligned with project specifications and approved parameters are met.
Inform proactively or escalate to senior management any assets delivery variations to ensure scope and cost deviations are effectively evaluated and managed.
An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related construction field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position out of which the last 3 years in a managerial position.
