- Provide expert legal advice and support on international cross-border M&A transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
- Advise on joint venture agreements, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
- Manage corporate affairs, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructuring.
- Oversee commercial contracts related to sales, marketing, distribution, and procurement, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated effectively.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and advise the company on potential impacts.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings as needed.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company's business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to junior legal staff and other departments on legal issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution; a Master's degree or additional legal qualifications will be an advantage.
- Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with some exposure to international cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian law and regulations, as well as international legal frameworks.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
