Job offer: Finance Ops Manager

Our client, one of the most renowned Real Estate Developer is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for their offices in Dubai to oversee their Accounting and Treasury Team.

• Oversee and lead Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury teams to optimise financial processes
• Leverage experience in the real estate industry, including development, operational activities, leasing, and facilities management
• Manage both off-plan and completed projects in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Navigate and apply DLD, RERA, Escrow, and Mollak regulations effectively
• Handle General Ledger management and consolidate project entities and accounts accurately
• Drive the development and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting frameworks
• Implement best practices in financial systems within the industry
• Utilise MS Office tools proficiently to support daily operations and reporting needs

• Master's /Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
• Chartered Accountant qualification is a MUST
• Big4 experience is a MUST
• 10-15 years of experience preferably in the real estate industry
