The client is a real estate public development entity based in Saudi Arabia focusing on developing tourism-centric and luxury hospitality projects.


  • Achieve departmental goals by setting individual objectives.
  • Developing and motivating employees to maximize performance.
  • Overseeing the consolidation, budgeting, and monitoring financial performance to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Fulfil procedural/legislative requirements by coordinating the activities of the team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
  • Ensure that all department reports are prepared timely and accurately and is in line with the annual business plans, goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude for all asset management and hospitality-related activities, policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of asset management and hospitality systems, processes, and practices; improvement of business processes, cost optimization, and efficiency improvement.
  • Oversee the development of the asset portfolio and land acquisition strategy to determine acquisitions/disposals, and recommend changes to existing assets, ensuring optimum ROI, profitability, maximizing value, and minimizing risks.
  • Identify hospitality brands and hotel class mix for establishing partnerships and agreements with hotel operators to achieve desired growth results.
  • Support the Real Estate Development team with asset development opportunities, asset valuations, and business plan updates.
  • Facilitate the smooth working of hospitality asset operations by building relationships with various stakeholders and ensuring adherence to the established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Enabling the transaction process and negotiating for asset monetization.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:
* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or any other related field; MBA is preferred.
* Proven experience in Development within the Asset Management & Hospitality Department.
* In-depth knowledge of Portfolio Management, Budgeting and Asset Management.
* Strong relationship management skills with proven efficiency in building and maintaining relationships with internal and
external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
* Relevant knowledge of the industry's divisional requirements, policies and quality standards.
