Job offer: Compliance Manager - Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals- Jeddah

A leading pharmaceutical company operating across multiple jurisdictions, including Saudi Arabia.

• Develop and implement a compliance framework tailored to the organisation's needs.
• Ensure the company's activities comply with regulatory frameworks, including SFDA and other international bodies.
• Oversee compliance with corporate governance policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory filings.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate significant operational, regulatory, and strategic risks; provide risk dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Prepare the organisation for external inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Formulate, review, and update compliance policies, standards, and SOPs.
• Develop and deliver education and training programs to promote ongoing compliance awareness across the company.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Law or Business
• 7-12 years experience in Compliance and Risk Management
• Master's degree in relevant fields is preferred but not a prerequisite
