Job offer: Director of Franchise and Business Development

As the Franchise Director, you will play a critical role in driving the expansion of our F&B brands by building a comprehensive franchise network both regionally and globally. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the strategic development and execution of franchise operations, with a focus on selecting the right partners, ensuring operational excellence, and driving revenue growth across new markets.

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for franchise expansion in targeted regions, identifying market opportunities and setting growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, focusing on their operational capacity, financial stability and alignment with brand values. Explore global brands with potential in the Middle East that the group can become a franchise partner for in parallel.
• Lead the contract negotiation and drafting process to establish clear terms that protect the brand while enabling mutual growth and profitability.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to ensure the team meets operational and financial goals, while maintaining strong, supportive relationships with franchise partners.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of franchise operations to uphold brand standards, quality control and compliance with local regulations.
• Work closely with internal departments, including marketing, supply chain, legal and finance to support franchise operations and align on brand strategy.

  Extensive experience in franchise management within the F&B sector. Candidates from the retail industry with a strong franchise background who are interested in transitioning to F&B are also encouraged to apply.

  Open to candidates from the franchisee side who have experience signing agreements with F&B brands, as the group is considering long-term plans to become a franchiser for global brands in the Middle East.
