- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and Vision 2030 priorities.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Source and attract top talent through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, universities, and global markets.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for critical roles to meet both immediate and long-term needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a start-up, governmental, or high-growth organization.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor market trends and the goals of Vision 2030.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
