Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for;
- Lead the execution of the Group's operations strategy to enhance market positioning, operating profits and service levels, tailored to region-specific needs.
- Provide direction to General Managers to develop annual business plans, KPIs and capital expenditure plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with Group standards.
- Guide in strategy implementation and monitoring by tracking properties KPIs against targets, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring delivery within defined targets, timelines, and budgets.
- Continuously assess and review core hotelier and business support standards and practices to optimize operations, resources, and guest services, maintaining the Group's luxury market leadership.
- Direct the preparation and consolidation of the operations budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of operations policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure world-class service delivery and innovation.
- Foster a culture of excellence by implementing practices that empower staff, enhance flexibility and maintain high service quality.
- Collaborate with General Managers to implement LQA standards, striving for superior service and competitive LQA score achievements.
- Reports to the CEO.
- Must hold a Six Sigma Black Belt qualification.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in one of the following:
- General Manager or Senior Hotel Manager role, transitioning into an operations-focused position.
- Operations Director level with a proven track record.
- Experience managing a portfolio of luxury brands, aligning with the Group's positioning.
- Flexibility for remote working, with no requirement to relocate to the UAE.
