  • Develop strategic frameworks for identifying and pursuing high-impact business ventures aligned with corporate and regional economic goals.
  • Lead the conceptualization and incubation of innovative initiatives in emerging sectors such as healthcare, wellness, and life sciences, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Craft comprehensive business cases and investment strategies to secure funding and drive venture sustainability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define priorities and shape the strategic direction of new ventures and partnerships.
  • Drive strategic stakeholder engagement by building robust domestic and international relationships to support venture goals and corporate reputation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and refine corporate growth strategies.
  • Oversee strategic performance metrics and governance frameworks, ensuring ventures meet key milestones and deliver on objectives.

  • An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of healthcare, medical sciences, engineering or a related discipline. Master's degree in Business Administration is required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an international strategy consulting firm with exposure to strategy engagements in the healthcare/life sciences sectors.
  • Proven ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable business ventures with strong decision-making and financial acumen.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects, delivering on time with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Advanced use of MS Office tools, statistical programs, and project management software, with demonstrated ability to support venture initiatives.
