Job offer: Project Cost Control Analyst

• Develop and implement cost control procedures.
• Develop detailed project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Organize, monitor, and control projects' expenditures and cashflows, identify cost variances, and provide timely reports to project managers and senior leadership through digital projects' lifecycles.
• Generate invoices and review jointly with project managers
• Administer project financial transactions on company's and client's ERPs.
• Analyze financial data using statistical tools/software to identify trends, risks, variance analyses, and opportunities for increased profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, client contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively initiate appropriate action when total forecast indicates allocated funds will be exceeded.
• Review, analyze, and estimate cost for variation orders on subcontractor and client levels.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including budgetary estimates and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.

• Experience in project costing, with a solid understanding of financial management and analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and contributing to digital projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Proficient in SAP, enabling effective financial reporting and management throughout project lifecycles.
