Review of Europcar - Eurocar Rent A Car Co LLC

We rented a car in Arles France and Valerie was our contact. She was helpful courteous and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope that euro car gives her a raise! However, we did rent a GPS which fell off the window and broke the cord which even though we had insurance on the car we still had to replace which was a huge ordeal. Valerie helped us through this process the best that she could. But I feel that if insurance is purchased that it should include the whole car experience including the GPS. This was not Valerie's fault and she helped us.
