Review Sugar Coated Technical Support

Bought a 4000 QR ASUS monitor from virgin megastore; upon opening it, I found out the LCD screen is damaged internally. Returned the piece to virgin mega store and did not receive a refund as Technoblue did not consider the piece under the warranty.

Since then, I’d recommend not to buy any product associated with Technoblue products. All the warranty claim talk is just a sugar coating. Had to buy a BenQ screen from a trustworthy store (974 store)
