Unprofessional and not recommended at all
Till the time you are going for purchase they will do sweet talks and help you but after that they don’t respond to calls/emails.
Even Maintainance is bad, have to do multiple followups to get basic stuff fixed like AC.
Parking is another challenge.

no professional at all one time take the money after that no answer to phone no answer to email , 0 mantenence after call 100s of time. dont be like this with peoples, it is a haram
