Ask everyone (especially those from hospitality) who works for the company and they will tell you the same thing. Employees are not well compensated, unhappy, treated unequally, you cannot get what you really deserved after finishing your contract, allowance was larger than the basic salary and you will have the worst managers you will ever meet.
