Our client is a development company focusing on large scale projects in the travel, culture & tourism space within KSA.
Oversee and develop the operational capabilities required to operate and manage developed assets that the company decides to operate directly (e.g Stadiums, Overlay, Tracks, Golf Course)
Manage and oversee the contracting process and oversee the performance of asset operators.
Oversee the end-to-end asset management and operations for assets directly developed by the company in line with the Asset Management and Operations strategy.
Oversee the process of tendering of concessions of assets fully developed and operated by external players in line with the Asset Management and Operations policies developed.
Oversee the process for the provision of guarantee/funding for assets developed and operated by external players. Recommend and implement agreed development processes and standards with Program Managers and Cost Consultants: Including BIM modelling, project administration and reporting through to completion of projects and handover.
Oversee the preparation and coordinate strategies for Sector procurement (with Design and Delivery) for the contracting of designers, consultants and contractors; recommending methodology according to project needs, design submissions, and construction work programs. the preparation and coordinate strategies for Sector procurement (with Design and Delivery) for the contracting of designers, consultants and contractors; recommending methodology according to project needs, design submissions, and construction work programs.
Managerial Responsibilities
Contribute to the sector's short- and long term strategy from the Department's perspective in line with the company's overall vision and mission.
Develop the Department's strategy, objectives, and KPIs annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets.
Prepare and submit the Department's annual budget for approval taking all planned activities and necessary investments into consideration by monitoring the financial performance.
Oversee the development, maintenance, implementation and adherence of the department policies and procedures as well as the overall performance of the department and ensure KPI's are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.
Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the sector in consultation with the Sector Executive.
Direct the Department's connection to its customers, whether internal or external, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design and Construction Management, or Architectural Technology (Masters Preferred)
10 Years of relevant experience with 5 years in a managerial role
