A leading global provider of innovative communication analytics and monitoring solutions. Our client is dedicated to empowering law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and national security organizations with advanced tools for data-driven decision-making and insights to deal with cyber threats, terrorism, organized crime.
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to their respective regions, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the intelligence and law enforcement sectors, and driving sales growth for our data analytics and communication monitoring solutions. They will also lead, manage, and mentor local sales teams (a later stage) to ensure successful execution of the sales plan and achievement of regional targets.
- Establish a strong local presence and gain a deep understanding of the unique market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory environments in each region.
- Increase market penetration and improve sales performance by leveraging the expertise and relationships of our Sales Directors with intelligence and law enforcement, partners and system integrators.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and trust by providing region-specific sales support and tailored solutions.
- Foster cross-regional collaboration and knowledge-sharing among the Sales Directors to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our sales strategies and tactics.
Selection Criteria:
- In-depth understanding of the data analytics and communication monitoring systems industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the law enforcement, intelligence agencies & partner network in GCC and LEVANT
- Sustained track record in selling into law enforcement, federal / government agencies, public sector
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the specified regions.
- Proficiency in English and working knowledge of local languages in UAE.
- Proven sales experience of 7-10 years years, preferably in data analytics and communication monitoring systems.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse complex technical information and communicate it effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
