• Requirements Gathering and Analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Solution Design and Documentation
• Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for IT development teams.
• Project Management Support
• Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through technology.Testing and Quality Assurance
• Develop test plans, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Data Analysis and Reporting
• Analyse data to support business decisions and identify trends.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.

• Technical Skills and CompetenciesRequirements Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar for managing and documenting requirements.
• Modelling and Design Tools: Experience with modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, or similar for creating process diagrams and workflows.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Testing Tools: Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, TestRail, or similar.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
