Job offer: Global Tax Director

Our Client, a Multinational Real Estate business has assets globally - they are recruiting a Global Tax Director to be the focal point of contact for their strategic decisions related to Taxation.

• Conduct research on international tax issues and recommend solutions to optimise tax spends and mitigate risks
• Liaise with external agencies to provide advise to support business operations
• Responsible for implementing and keeping up-to-date with the transfer pricing model
• Act as the primary liaison with tax authorities in Europe
• Ensure timely submission of income tax returns in collaboration with external parties
• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual VAT reconciliations
• Keeping up-to-date with the changes in tax legislation in all jurisdictions globally

• 15+ years of experience, of which at least 5 years are in a leadership role managing a Global Tax function - this requirement is mandatory
• Experience of handling Taxation matters in European markets is mandatory
• A Bachelor's and/or Postgraduate Degree in Finance or related
• Professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, CIMA, or CA is an added advantage
