Job offer: Project Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation who is involved in multiple real estate developments in the KSA Region. The company focuses on the development of hospitality projects and mixed-use assets.

• Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, coordinate on-site activities, and manage the project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.
• Permitting and Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and licenses, ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and address any legal or regulatory requirements.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal staff, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Budget and Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, track expenditures, and assist with client billing as necessary.
• Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Development Director on project progress, challenges, and milestones through both verbal and written communication, including detailed reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth project operations.

An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related construction field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Master's Degree or PMP preferred.
