Review of Qatar BPL Cargo Services

I would like to inform the people in Qatar that never ever use the services of BPL Cargo Services in Qatar. I sent 6 Cartons of goods in July 2012 from Doha to Chennai mostly of our clothes, books, children toys and few small electrical and electronics items as we were leaving Qatar permanently. We asked them to do packing for us and happily agreed to do it with extra money. Promptly they came to our doorstep to do packing at agreed time. We were really happy and though that service would be good.
We thought goods will be delivered in time as they promised. But it took more than 25 days to reach our place in Chennai. The condition of the cartons were damaged completely. It looked the boxes were kept in a water logged area till the shipment and delivered the damaged goods. All the books and clothes were damaged, toys and electronic goods were in pieces. Seeing all those, we though we took a wrong decision in choosing the cargo company.
When we tried to contact those people, no one has given any proper answers both in Doha and in Chennai. Our emails left unanswered.
I would suggest people to decide based on the opinion from other people who availed their services too.
