Review of FALCON EXPRESS- (FEDEX)

My extremely unpleasant experience with this company has been that they charge their customer for their own misdeeds, and then deny any responsibility, in order to avoid reimbursing him.

I purchased two electronic items from the United States (paid by credit card, shipping included), but Falcon Express delivered it to my company address, (rather than my home address) and took a payment of QR 399. Upon looking through the papers, I discovered that they had mislabelled the shipment as an export, and had taken out insurance on it. When I pointed this out to them, they obfuscated and blamed Customs.

I have contacted FEDEX, but they have not even bothered to confirm that they have received my message. The lesson is clear: don't use FEDEX if you live in Qatar, and do not hire or trust Mr. Shafiq Mohammed and Mr. Moujadid Ebong - the two sinister scoundrels in Falcon Express who I had the misfortune of dealing with.
