Job vacancy Senior Sales Director

The client is a global and well established FMCG player.

The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing the commercial strategy in Saudi Arabia
• Managing the P&L of the country and cash-flow as well as reaching operational profitability targets
• Strengthening the existing partnerships with the top customers
• leading the implementation of category development strategies and JBP negotiations with key customers
• Coaching and developing the team to create a world class retail sales team

The Senior Sales Director needs to have:

• 15+ years of sales experience within the FMCG sector (food or non-food)
• An in-depth knowledge of the traditional trade and modern trade channels in Saudi Arabia
• An excellent understanding of category and P&L management
• Prior experience developing and leading teams
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
