The client is a global and well established FMCG player.
The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Defining and executing the commercial strategy in Saudi Arabia
- Managing the P&L of the country and cash-flow as well as reaching operational profitability targets
- Strengthening the existing partnerships with the top customers
- leading the implementation of category development strategies and JBP negotiations with key customers
- Coaching and developing the team to create a world class retail sales team
The Senior Sales Director needs to have:
- 15+ years of sales experience within the FMCG sector (food or non-food)
- An in-depth knowledge of the traditional trade and modern trade channels in Saudi Arabia
- An excellent understanding of category and P&L management
- Prior experience developing and leading teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
