Job offer: Business Development Manager

Our client is a governmental start up that is working towards the Saudi 2030 vision.

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in real estate and hospitality.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, investors, corporate clients, brokers, and other partners.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate or hospitality solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Strong network and connections in real estate/hospitality markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and strategic alliances.
