Job offer: Senior Associate - Technology Operations

Our client is an international Bank with a regional office in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities of the Senior Associate - Technology Operations are as follows:

• Meeting SLAs across Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management processes
• Ensure key processes such as Asset and Media Management are thoroughly followed
• Data Center access supervision and support
• Execution of infrastructure engineering activities such as design, implementation, monitoring, capacity planning
• Escalation of issues and identified risks
• Working closely with other EMEA offices for troubleshooting and service delivery
• Making recommendations for improvement of Technology Operations
• Implementing information back-up and recovery strategies as per global standards
• Problem management support
• Inventory management
• Educating stakeholders on self-service tools
• Adherence to Technology Policies, Standards and Procedures

The Senior Associate - Technology Operations will be/have:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field of study
• 4+ years of experience in Technology Operations, ideally within the banking/financial services sector
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Service-oriented; ability to deliver Technology support across all levels of the organisation
• Ability to multi-task environment, and thrive in a deadline driven environment
• Able to work effectively with different nationalities spread across several geographical locations
• A problem solver; able to identify problems and propose ways to mitigate the risk
• A Saudi national
• Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
